Eat Your Veggies Day is June 17th. It is no coincidence that we find this day in the middle of National Fresh Fruits and Vegetables month. Are you regularly asking your children to, “please, just eat your vegetables” or bargaining to try to get them to eat at least one more piece of green. Eat Your Veggies Day is a day where people are encouraged to eat vegetables at every meal, maybe even go vegetarian for day.

National Donut Day is the First Friday in June. You can celebrate by making some of these amazing donuts. There are even options for gluten free or egg free donuts if allergies normally prohibit you from enjoying this delicious breakfast dessert. If you live in the US you may want to check with your local Dunkin’ Donuts or Krispie Kreme because they like to celebrate National Donut Day with free donuts. May 13th is Frog Jumping Day. I don’t know if that means that you’re supposed to make a frog jump, or if you are supposed to jump over a frog yourself.
